Please indicate the payment. All prices include lunch and materials.
The registration fee is $54 (after October 6th, ALL registrations will be $64). Register a group of 5 or more paying registrants from the same church, at the same time and receive a $44 per person rate.Those registrations must be received as a group. Workshop Presenters are limited to 2 presenters per workshop, cannot be included in the group rate and cannot be transferred to a non-presenter.

Please be aware that UNPAID "No Shows" will be billed to cover the cost of the registration.  Pre-payment is encouraged.

**Please note that your scheduled lunch session is determined by your chosen lunch activity and/or your church membership.  Unless you choose the same lunch activity, your church group may be in separate lunches.

Lunch Buffet - a variety of cold cuts, salads, condiments, etc...
Bagged Lunch -  bagged lunches include sandwich, chips, side salad and a cookie.  Bagged lunches must be chosen during this registration process. Tickets will be required to pick up bagged lunches.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Children's Program, a VBS Model, is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for children ages 4-10 and must be reserved and paid for in advance by the registration deadline.  The child/teacher ratio will be based on the number of children who have registered.  You MUST be pre-registered for program.  NO WALK-INS.

The program will NOT be available during the lunch break.  You must pickup your child from the program at the beginning of Lunch A.  A Box Lunch is included in the program price.  The program will resume at the end of Lunch B.  

Medical Forms and Consent Forms MUST be completed and returned PRIOR to Super Saturday.  The forms will NOT be accepted on Saturday and your child will NOT be permitted to attend.

A staff member will contact you via email with further details as we get closer to the event.  Please let the staff member know if you have any physical limitations.  Many of the opportunities require standing for long periods.
